- What should I wear? During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
- Where is the 2026 Annual Meeting located? This year’s Annual Meeting will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Please click here for directions.
- How do I confirm my hotel reservation? In order to confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center at +1 720-452-6900. *Please note, IAOHIF Headquarters is unable to view and/or modify your reservations.
- When is the hotel cut-off date? The cut-off date for hotel reservations is March 19, 2026. For more information on the IAOHIF discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.
- What is the cancellation policy? Only emailed cancellations received by March 17, 2026, will be accepted. Send cancellation requests to [email protected]. A $25 administrative processing fee will be deducted from refunds made for cancellations received by March 17, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 17, 2026, and no-shows require payment in full. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
